At Vidallo, we sell digital products such as digital bundles, reels, designs, and downloadable content. Because of the nature of digital products, returns are generally not accepted.
Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned. However, if you experience any of the following issues, you may contact our support team:
- The download file is corrupted or damaged
- The product you received is different from what was described
- The download link is not working
Customers must contact our support team within 24–48 hours of purchase to report any issue.
