Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final.
However, refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate payments
- Payment was completed but the product was not delivered
- Technical problems that prevent downloading the product and cannot be resolved
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
If approved, refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
